Øvregaten 13 — 5 New Apartments

March 25, 2025 — The demolition work has officially started! Our team is working on the top floor, removing the old interior structures. Heavy machinery is being used to break down walls and clear the space. This is the first step in transforming Øvregaten 13 into 5 beautiful new apartments. Follow along as we document every stage of this exciting renovation project!

Øvregaten 13 — a historic Bergen building in the city's oldest district, parallel to Bryggen. This is how the building looks before we begin the complete interior renovation. The building has a beautiful teal/blue-green facade with red window frames, typical Bergen style. We will be creating 5 brand new modern apartments while preserving the historic exterior.
